- 1 / 5By je roI wish I could give zero stars!! I sat there eating my donut making calls while I waited for my husband. I made 1 call and had to run out fast because the staff were swearing so loudly!!! Talking about punching people in the f***ing throat and all kinds of highly inappropriate language/conversation. Finally my husband arrives and goes to order an ice coffee but the offensive woman makes a hot one. He very politely says no I asked for ice and it turned into a huge issue because then she starts running her mouth "I heard hot, he definitely said hot." When he heard that he asked for his refund and asked to void the order due to her rudeness and she came back to the register as if to argue saying "well it's cheaper for a hot coffee anyway." This is crazy and unbelievably bad customer service! Management needs to look at their staff!!!January 05, 2017
