- 1 / 5By Phebe JosephineIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We waited in line at the drive-thru for about 5 minutes before someone took our order. I had to yell the order, because the guy kept saying "What?". When we got to the window, the guy yelled out the window to ask what our order was AGAIN. I asked for whipped cream on a Orange- Vanilla Bean Coolata... The whipped cream mark was on the cup, but it had no whipped cream on it. None of the cups were labeled for our iced coffees, and we had to physically test them to determine which one was which. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he just looked at me, swiped my card, and walked away. Didn't offer to give me my receipt, even though it had a free beverage coupon on it. None of the crew was wearing nametags, but the boy who served me was of average height, brown hair, heavy build. I have never received such terrible customer service at a Dunkin Donuts. My order was not complicated, how they messed it up, I have NO idea.July 16, 2016
